Instant Quote Tool may not cover all instances and or requirements of parts, please reach out to us for tighter tolerances or materials not listed.

1. Material Selection:

• Available materials are listed in the Instant Quote Tool, please reach out to us for materials not listed. • Alternatively, you can contact us to have your materials sent to us for machining.

2. Tolerances and Surface Finish:

• Lowest tolerances for Instant Quote Tool is limited to ± 50 microns (0.002 inches) or ISO 2768 - 1 fine for now. • Meanwhile, we are happy to offer manual quotation for more stringent tolerances. • We can provide tighter tolerances of upto 10 microns (0.0004 inches) for certain materials and tolerances, please reach out to us.

3. Gears, Gearboxes, Sheet Metal and Thin-Walled Components:

• Our Instant Quote model does not support accurate costing for gears, gearboxes, sheet metal and thin-walled components for now. • Any order request for these components will be manually checked for costing.
