We sign NDA with you as soon as you confirm the order. Similarly, we have NDAs in place with our vendors for the same. If your's is a multi-part design, we send different parts to different vendors to protect the assembly and overall design. For more details, visit our Privacy Policy or Drop us an email at projects@sattardas.com and we'll be happy to assist you with the technical details.
Payment terms are 100% advance payment after confirming the order. You can either pay via Stripe (details provided in the order form) or directly make payment to our bank. If your company needs a Proforma Invoice to raise Purchase Order, drop an email at projects@sattardas.com and we'll work with you to raise Proforma Invoice and fulfil your project.
Once the order is passed, we make sure that the manufacturing begins as soon as possible. The amount you pay is non-refundable. Only if the manufacturing has not began for any reason, the cost for material procurement and handling will be deducted along with any setup costs. The remaining amount will be refunded within 5-7 working days. However, any amount that you have paid for inspection like CMM will be refunded in 5-7 working days in case of cancellation of order.
Operating from India, we are liable to pay 18% GST taxes. All the invoices created are compliant to that. We are not yet compliant with any other country's tax policies.
Yes. We may have discount offers running. If applicable, we'll automatically add discounts to your order.
No.
Yes. Just inform us while confirming the order and we'll co-ordinate with you to ensure that the part is manufactured in the geography you prefer or nearer to it.
It is highly unlikely that the manufactured part doesn't meet the quality and tolerance conformance. However, if it is the case, please drop an email at projects@sattardas.com. Please share your order number and any proof you may have of the non-conformance and/or defect. If the non-conformance is detected, we'll happily replace the part with a new one at no additional cost to you.
In that case, please write to us at projects@sattardas.com and we'll figure out a way to get the material you want and manufacture the part for you.
We will simply multiply the cycle time for machining the object with your machine and tolerance preference.
Cycle time is the amount of time it will take the machine to manufacture your part. It can be automatically calculated by a CAM software or CNC Machining software.
No. The cost for material is not included. Depending upon the material you select, and the dimensions of the object, we will communicate the price for material before beginning the manufacturing.
In most cases, yes the cost is included. But in the case that your object requires significantly different tooling than usual, there may be additional costs involved. If that's the case, we will get in touch before beginning the manufacturing.
Absolutely. Please write to us at projects@sattardas.com before placing an order and we will provide the address for shipping.
Yes. The charges for that will be passed on to you on an as-is basis. That is, we'll charge you whatever we pay for the test.
Yes. We provide CMM inspection. The cost for CMM is USD 49 per piece.
In the order submission form, you can select the machine needed, materials and CMM inspection.
To calculate the cycle time, we will have to load the design of the object on our software. Once we do that, and factor in the cost of material, we will drop you an email. It usually takes 2-3 working days.
Shipping charges will depend on where are we shipping the manufactured objects. We will be either shipping it from Rajkot, Gujarat, India or Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The charges for that will be passed on to you on an as-is basis. That is, we'll charge you whatever we pay for the test.
There is no limitation as to how many processes you can get done per object. However, increase in number or processes will increase the cycle time, resulting in increased cost to manufacture the component.
Any and every technical parameter that goes into CNC machine can be controlled by you. Parameters including but not limited to, tool diameter, spindle speed, feed rate (cut feed), plunge feed rate, step depth, maximum (total) depth of cut.
Yes. Presently in Beta stage, we are experimenting with this feature. If you'd like to run your own codes, mention it in the "Process Preference" box and share with us your code. We'll analyze the code and co-ordinate with you to run the code.
There is slight variation in the interpretation of G and M Codes by different control systems and different brand CNC machines. Please inform us the machine and control system for which you have generated the code. Also share the tool details along with anything that you think can help us find an appropriate machine for you.
