Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
The designs are proprietary. How will you protect the intellectual property?
We sign NDA with you as soon as you confirm the order. Similarly, we have NDAs in place with our vendors for the same. If your's is a multi-part design, we send different parts to different vendors to protect the assembly and overall design.
Still have concerns? Drop us an email at and we'll be happy to assist you with the technical details.
Payment Terms and Purchase Order
Payment terms are 100% advance payment after confirming the order. You can either pay via Razorpay like provided in the order form.
If your company processes need you to raise a purchase order, drop an email at and we'll work with you to fulfil your project.
Can I cancel my order? What is the refund policy?
Once the order is passed, we make sure that the manufacturing begins as soon as possible. The amount you pay is non-refundable. If the manufacturing has not began for any reason, the cost for material procurement and handling will be deducted along with any setup costs. The rest will be refunded within 5-7 working days.
However, any amount that you have paid for inspection like CMM will be refunded in 5-7 working days.
What is the tax policy?
Operating in India, we are liable to pay 18% GST taxes. So all the invoices created are compliant to that. We are not yet compliant with any other country's tax policies.
Write to us at if you'd like to know more about it.
Do you provide any discounts?
Yes. You can avail 2% discount if you make the payment directly to our bank account. We have Razorpay as our integrated payment gateway that charges us 2% transaction fees on the final bill amount. We'd be happy to provide the same discount to you if you directly make the bank transfer. All the relevant bank details will be mentioned on the final invoice.
Can I know particularly which vendor is manufacturing my parts?
Is it possible to manufacture in a geography we prefer?
Yes. Just inform us while confirming the order and we'll co-ordinate with you to ensure that the part is manufactured in the geography you prefer.
What is return policy due to non-conformance of the requirements?
It is highly unlikely that the manufactured part doesn't meet the quality and tolerance conformance. However, if it is the case, please drop an email at email@example.com. Please share your order number and any proof you may have of the non-conformance. If the non-conformance is detected, we'll happily replace the part with a new one.
The material I want for my part is not listed here.
In that case, please write to us at and we'll figure out a way to get the material you want and manufacture the part for you.
How will you calculate the cost for my object?
We will simply multiply the cycle time for machining the object with your machine and tolerance preference.
What is cycle time?
Cycle time is the amount of time it will take the machine to manufacture your part. It can be automatically calculated by a CAM software or CNC Machining software.
Is the cost for material included?
No. The cost for material is not included. Depending upon the material you select, and the dimensions of the object, we will communicate the price for material before beginning the manufacturing.
What about tooling cost?
Ideally, yes the cost is included. But in the case that your object requires significantly different tooling than usual, there may be additional costs involved. If that's the case, we will get in touch before beginning the manufacturing.
Can I ship the material to you?
Absolutely. Please write to us at before placing an order and we will provide the address for shipping.
Do you provide any chemical composition test for selected materials?
Yes. The charges for that will be passed on to you on an as-is basis. That is, we'll charge you whatever we pay for the test.
Can we get the manufactured part inspected from your end?
Yes. We provide CMM inspection. The cost for CMM is ₹3675 (approx. USD 49) per piece.
Considering everything, how do I know the final price of the object?
In the order submission form, you can select the machine needed, materials and CMM inspection.
To calculate the cycle time, we will have to load the design of the object on our software. Once we do that, and factor in the cost of material, we will drop you an email. It usually takes 2-3 working days.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges will depend on where are we shipping the manufactured objects. We will be either shipping it from Rajkot, Gujarat, India or Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The charges for that will be passed on to you on an as-is basis. That is, we'll charge you whatever we pay for the test.
Is there any other charges that I should know of?
Yes, we charge one-time setup cost of $15. However, this is totally refundable if the total machining time is greater than 5 hours. In such case, the setup cost will be adjusted in the final bill.
Process Control FAQ
How many processes can I share per object?
There is no limitation as to how many processes you can get done per object. However, increase in number or processes will increase the cycle time, resulting in increased cost to manufacture the component.
What parameters can I control?
Any and every technical parameter that goes into CNC machine can be controlled by you. Parameters including but not limited to, tool diameter, spindle speed, feed rate (cut feed), plunge feed rate, step depth, maximum (total) depth of cut.
Can I run my G or M Codes onto your machines?
Yes. Presently in Beta stage, we are experimenting with this feature. If you'd like to run your own codes, mention it in the "Process Preference" box and share with us your code. We'll analyze the code and co-ordinate with you to run the code.
What information should I share along with G or M codes?
There is slight variation in the interpretation of G and M Codes by different control systems and different brand CNC machines. Please inform us the machine and control system for which you have generated the code. Also share the tool details along with anything that you think can help us find an appropriate machine for you.
